When you use the power of thought and intentionaly use it regulary to Visualise how you want your life to be instead of how your life is, I will guarauntee that if you sit down and make Creating a New Life the most important thing in you Life by creating images in your mind of your new delibratley created life, you will see Results start to appear in your life that only you know that you "Thought it that way". You will then start to think bigger and better. You can then start to plan Your "Master Plan", and then Freind... well then you Are the creator of your life. YOUR BRAIN CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT IS "ACTUALLY REAL", OR WHAT IS PERCIEVED TO BE "REAL". Your mind has limit-less potential and for the effects of your deliberate thinking will be within days but for the idea to get to the frontal cortex of the brain and be a perminent change will be bewteen 6-8 weeks.
The process is easy but you do need to do it correctly and consistantly (daily). If you want your life to improve in any or every way you need to do this. SIT IN A QUITE PLACE IN COMFORTABLE CLOTHING AND LET YOUR MIND QUIETEN DOWN BY CONCENTRATING ON YOUR BREATING. YOU WILL GET OTHER THOUGHTS BUT JUST LET THEM GO AND BACK TO THE BREATHING. THERE ARE OTHER METHODS BUT THIS SEEMS TO WORK OK FOR MOST HUMANS.
ONCE YOU FEEL RELAXED (BUT NOT ASLEEP!) START TO CREATE IMAGES IN YOUR MIND OF THE NEW YOU, HOW YOU WANT PEOPLE TO SEE YOU, HOW YOU WANT TO BE, THE CLOTHES YOU WILL BE WEARING IN THE "NEW YOU". MAKE THESE IMAGES IN YOUR MIND AS REAL AS POSSIBLE. If you cant belive these kinds of things, think a bit smaller eg:- feeling more confident or enjoying the journey to work more. Don't just think all this, you need to "SEE IT" in your mind (VisualiZe) and then your Physiology will adjust to this better you and your life will then be "WHATEVER YOU WANT IT TO BE". If anyone out there is maybee thinking i is a nut job, I have studied the BRAIN, PSYCHOLOGY, THOUGHTS, CONCIOUSNESS, MIND-MATTER CONNECTIONS, METAPHYSICS, QUANTUM MECHANICS/PHYSICS, NLP, (15 years) AND THE HARDEST LIFE SCHOOL IN THE WORLD.... PLANET NOT WANTING TO BE HERE TO BEING HERE AND TELLING YOU ALL THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN ANYBODYS LIFE, IS CREATING YOUR OWN LIFE AND TAKING YOURSELF OUT OF THE BOX OF WHAT YOU THINK LIFE SHOULD BE ABOUT. THINK, LIVE-LIFE FREINDS.
