No side effects at all. I feel great. Also taking vitamin C (1000mgs daily to flush stuff out) and B complex. I drink 3 cups of the tea daily and yes, you can get it at a health food store. They should have a herbologist there to consult if you go. I wish I would have known about this sooner. I would have prepared my body to get the ID out without all the bleeding.
