thanks so much for the very informative post. all of your posts are very much appreciated. i have one quick question. i am on day two of a water fast (i decided to not juice fast before hand). i bought the "ultimate fasting cleanse" at a health food store because i felt that it would be an easier way for me to start my fast and actually get me to do it. i take a tablespoon of fiber three times a day and several all natural herbal pills...one is a Colon Cleanse , one is an appetite surpressant, and the other is a liver clear. also are a little packet of super nutrition that is a combination of super foods likes blue green algae, chlorella, alfalfa, and cayenne. my question is do i need all this stuff??? i want to clear my colon and liver but will that happen on a water fast alone? it makes sense in my head that the pills will help but you always say that water is all you need an only as much as your body tells you. thanks for your time
