Well as MG said colonics are the best option. But if you cannot afford to do colonics everytime this is when enemas would help. How often to do enemas? Well I have been told by my homeopath to do it 3 times a week. I can only do it 2 times a week. It depends how toxic you are and how constipated. After a liver flush, I don't really know since I only started using enemas a couple of weeks ago, way after I stopped flushing. I just know that it shouldn't be done everyday.

I was reading what your doctor has told you to tke but what is moducare? How do you feel after taking these supplements.
