Hi Raine!

Thank you so much for the encouragement...right now I feel very alone and scared...I know I need to change my life and become a healthy person so I can attract healthy things to me (spent a lifetime in unhealthy relationships, jobs, you name it and finally realized at 37 years old that before any of that can change, I need to change MYSELF and raise my self-esteem so I am in a positive and healthy state of mind. These damn cigarettes are just a crutch, I am fully aware of that, they keep you from dealing with the real problem, in that sense they are like unhealthy food, alcohol, anything we use to numb the pain...oh boy, what an epiphany that is.

I'm going to go buy a pack of the natural cigarettes after work today...getting rid of all the chemical-laden ones (I wonder if I could exchange them at the store?) and am going to try to only smoke 10 a day for a week, then 7 a day, then 5, then 3, then I am going to stop. Hopefully this will work, I am so ready to be done with this nasty habit and become a healthy and happy person once and for all.

What is 'Mullein" and "Lobelia"??
