Hang in there. I've been on this diet and dealing with it since Feb 1.5 years ago.
It gets better and then something triggers the IBS (which i also have) and im
miserable for 2-3 months. Im also on veggies, chicke, some fish, wheat free rice
cakes, and soy butter. (also tried some raw almonds with no side effects)

When I flare up...either due to IBS or the Candida...I get tight stomach, or bloating and both cause breathing trouble, lack of blood flow to the head which
causes ringing ears, migraines, and blacking out if i stand up too fast. It doesnt
get this bad very often. Only once in the last year but its been on again for the past 8 weeks. Im still taking antiparasite stuff that fights yeast and promotes
regularity, with plenty of magnesium as some days I have muscle spasms, or just
plain cant stand up due to the depletion.

One thing that has helped me is Reiki. The hands on healing therapy that dates back
to the ancient Chinese. This one lady does it for about 30 minutes and the other day
my headache was gone and my stomach felt better.

Good luck and hang in there ....seems like 1 step forward, 2 steps back! You either
fight it or give up and go under!
