I use the old buckets method

I have reverse osmosis filter in my home with a container of 10 liter capacity.
I fill a bucked of 7 liters aprox. in the night and put it outside under the starts.

In the morning I heat some filter water for the head and first cleaning with good soap for under the arms and genitals (put it in some herbs from my garden).

Take a small towel, soake it the cold water and rub my whole body with it (a secret from indian hydrotherapy and some western naturists).

At the end with the remaining cold water I pore it over my head "ala Porfiri Ivanov".

After that you feel wonderful and ready to start the day, specially in winter when sometimes you have to break the ice of the water --If you don't want to throw stones over your head :-)
