Want a good pregnancy and a healthy baby?  You've got to start with a clean YOU:

Drink PURE water, organic juices, herbal teas only ... total of 1/2oz per pound of body weight daily.

Eat organic, most of it raw ... add unrefined, cold-pressed oil - 3-5 tablespoons a day.
