Hi...

My Portable sauna is on its way... I would like any tips? Like, do you use it naked, with a towel on the chair? Do you shower right away after? Cold shower? Cool showers? Do you eat before you go in? Or do u wait a certain time? How long do you do it? If your used to heat, can u do it for 1 hour each time?

Anything would be great...
