A person emailed me asking how much Iodine was recommended for fibrocystic breast disease. I told her a minimum of 50 MILLIGRAMS per day was recommended by the doctors who have studied this problem for years.

She had already bought an eye dropper bottle of some mongrel brand of iodine in her local health food store.

I asked her the potency and she said 20 drops equaled 12 MICROGRAMS!

She asked, "How many drops equals 50 MILLIGRAMS?"

I had to tell her, she should be asking me how many bottles of the mongrel stuff she should be taking, not how many drops.
