I finally got a reply to my e-mail after waiting for an order back from JULY!!!! I knew that he would eventually reply!!!

"Hello Kris - It seems that your order was sent on September 8th. But
I will be happy to send out another one Monday. I will make the
liver, lung and kidney cleanses for you tomorrow. My apologies for
all of the confusion and delay. Please tell the folks at CureZone
that I will be back there sometime next week :)

SO happy about the news!!!! But wow is Canada Post that slow? If it was shipped on September 8th, it still hasn't arrived? Oh well, as long as I get it I don't mind waiting :)
