Is milk bad for our gallbladder? The reason I'm asking, I have never used dairy products because of allergies. I now have osteoporosis, my teeth have suffered from lack of calcium and I also have gallstones. I know milk didn't cause my stones. I have done 5 flushes but stones still show on ultrasound. My Dr. wants me to take Fosamax, drink milk, etc. I can't take calcium supplements and I have refused Fosamax because of side effects. What is the answer for someone like me. Obviously I have not been able to eat enough green veggies to make any difference. Thanks.
