MH, hey! I heard you mention regarding herbs that "if it ain't working, you ain't taking enough".

So how can I apply this theory to my current herbal protocol? Currently I'm taking your: adrenal liquid, hormone bal, pica minerals, lbb, ooo, liver itch, and dewormer.

If I'm not noticing much change, what would you suggest in terms of a more aggressive approach (ie dosage AND types of herbs)? An example would be to try your all n one kit and double up on your standard dosage??

I want to prove to myself that herbs do work as medicine and I want to notice change, so am willing to take however much to prove it, with the proper guidance. Please help, thanks you.
