I hope this is the right forum for this.........thanks to my very effective childhood conditioning (controlling & manipulative father, never good enough, was not allowed to speak up or push back, never learned to express anger), I have a very hard time being good to myself and a very easy time being too hard on myself and I am plagued by self doubt.

I was told this needs to stop and I fully agree and have known so for some time, but I think I need some additional help to find out how....come to think of it, sounds like I may be trying to hard already again....;-)

Please share any words of wisdom you may have for me.
