I have been reading Sherry Rogers "Detox or Die" and she advocates Far Infrared Sauna "" href="/c/?/forums/f.asp?f=454">FIR sauna for the best Detox methods especially since a FIR uses a lower temp than regular sauna.

I was hoping to utilize a FIR sauna because Adrenal fatigue could have been exacerbated by exposure to pesticides either once or many times over the course of several years. I have stupidly done this and am wondering if this indeed has contributed GREATLY to my AF.

Yes the low BP is a BIG red light that no mainstream doctor has ever been able to pick up. Low BP does "run in the family" so I previously did not pay attention to this until I was dx'd a few years ago. I followed the regimen the ND gave me and was starting to feel MUCH better only to be sidelined by 2 more major stressful events in my life over the last couple of years.

I AM DETERMINED to turn this around. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am sure there are so many out there that feel like this. It is very debilitating and depressing when you can't do anything or enjoy this short life God gave you.
