Only a few others have posted about the soft palate problem. Also I have many small cysts inside of the cheeks and under my lips. They are under the skin, but detox through it(lots of fun). Some used to be the size of marbles. Most of them are really small now,the biggest not even as big a dime. Oil pulling, swishing CS, C and salt, ozone, plus an ocean of lotions and potions have done wonders. Also use a magnetic pluser from Sota, causes one hell of a detox.

Do you have root canals? I think those make it worse, or are the cause.

Start with a drop of the CS in each nostrail, if that is okay increase a little at a time. I've used straight CS in the nette pot, but found about a quater of a teaspoon, in each side of my nose, with my head tilted back to work just as well.
