Consider extending your fast on fresh juices. You may not be done cleansing, and the juices will allow you to get back to work.

The belly growing thing makes me wonder about your colon. Is it clean? Consider a series of professional colonics, which can tell you a lot about the condition of your colon with an experienced therapist.

Also, have you done liver flushing? Wonderful for digestion, and many other functions as well. The Liver Flush Forum here is amazingly informative and supportive.
