lol, the bed :-) I don't have one either -- a rebounder, that is. But you sound like you are on your way...here I have just had to bring in the young grapefruit and lemon trees, because it's very cold.


I think big time healing often takes a quantum leap when we kind of turn our inner dial, and tune into trusting ourselves more. It's a tiny adjustment, but huge! all the static disappears..

I just read on the magnesium forum about a good source of it in Australia. I also think mag. is a very important piece. I like it in baths, and in an alkalizing drink, and sometimes a pinch in food.
