I'm so glad to hear you have an appointment to have it removed. And by the way it is NOT true that the Doctor who placed Mirena has to remove it. I had a different doctor insert and remove my Mirena. That your health and happiness would fall behind the needs and greed of an insurance company is SHEER EVIL, especially when a doctor places these needs before your health.
