I am doing vaginal insufflation for endometriosis with my medical grade ozonator. So far, however, the most I have been able to do is 5 minutes one week ago, and then this time tonight maybe one minute. The first time I just started to feel kind of panicky and tired and nauseous after 5 minutes and shut it off. This time I stopped because I nearly immediately felt light pressure in my uterus/bladder area which then went to my hips and then stomach.
I have a bladder problem as well, and if I don't go when I need to, I start to get pain in my bladder and into my hips. Also, when I get strong cramps from the endometriosis, it can affect my hips and stomach as well.
So anyway, it seems to me that I have little tolerance for this therapy because of the endometriosis. It will probably just take time and a cleanup of diet to work, but does anyone have experience with anything I've mentioned -- i.e. vaginal insufflation, vaginal insufflation for endometriosis, etc.?
