but i like very much to cook 2 table spoon of oat bran with water for 3 minutes and i eat it in the morning which give me good feeling..... plz tel me can i use oatbran this way if no harmfull for me???????????

Heating the oat bran is not going to harm the oat bran. So this is fine.

and i mix half table spoon of wheatgrass in one glass water and drink it??? is this ok ??????????

This is fine also.
