I'm never doing Epsom Salts again. Anything that's harsh on the kidneys can't do the adrenals any good with them sitting on top. I hear magnesium citrate can be used instead. This is one of the recommended nutrients for adrenal fatigue so I'll try this next time. Not sure the dosage though, I take 400mg every day for AF.
