AHH the age old question. What should I drink If I do drink. I've actually been experimenting ALOT with this and researching. Because even though its not good to drink, lets face it, we are young and its fun to hang out and party a bit.

Here's what I gather:

Red Wine is prob the best with its resveratrol. organic is best but guys don't really drink this out at bars. also the grapes will have some antioxidants but the sugar levels with offset some of the benefits.

Triple Distilled Vodka I have heard is the best of the liquors and is better than beer. but I also read that hard liquor is irritating to the digestive tract and can cause leaky gut.

Beer is too yeasty and will feed the candida in your gut which is bad for your skin. Many people don't do well with the hops and sensitivity and they don't even know it. Plus beer (in the US) is heated up to kill the enzymes so it will have a longer shelf life. My aunt came back from germany a few years ago and told me that she lived next to a brewery and they drank these dark beers and such all night long and never got a hangover because they were naturally made and had all the active enzymes to break them down in the body. So I guess I will put a darker, more craft beer ahead of the "LIGHT BEER" ..you pay for what you get ..heh hem Natty Light. lol

A brief conclusion/Tips:
1. If you drink try not to get drunk. It lowers your immunity and taxes your liver and kidneys.
2. If you do get drunk drink loooots of water before you go to bed. Dehydration is why you feel like @%##%@% the next mornings (well one of the reasons :))
3. You should take probiotics/water/cultured foods/vitamin C when you do it to offbalance the bad going into your body. That won't always prevent a breakout (depends on how clean your insides are)
4. Make sure you poop a bunch the next day to make sure it is getting out of you and doesn't do any more damage than necessary.
