However, nutrition aside, it is mainly the body, and the body alone that heals: a broken bone will heal by itself as long as it is "set properly"; and/or a cut or wound in the skin will self-heal, given the appropriate hygienic conditions for this to take place.
The body is essentially a self-healing, self-maintaining, and self-repairing organism, just as long as the appropriate Hygienic agencies for healing are employed/utilized to this end.
