I have gone on to the SCD forum because it seemed to be time, for me.

Click on 'Books' there to read the basic program.


I have gone to that diet, with all my 'food sensitivities' removed. (I was tested years ago at a naturopath's clinic, but didn't see the importance of following the suggestions at the time.)

I am also seriously considering charcoal poultices over the liver(and other places).
