Go see Dr Jerome or Dr McMahon in Indiana....they are the experts at spotting cavs. Also Wes Shankland in Columbus OH has a Cavitat scanner but may or may not be doing cleanings anymore. (you'd have to call the office)
I had a couple of Cavitat scans in the last few years and Dr Shankland said I "might" have an issue at 17 but newest x-ray he's looked at and says "no" and I had another oral surgeon who knows and does cavitation surgery look at my x-ray and he also says no.Not EVERYONE develops cavitations, but there still could be issues with nerve & muscle damage, bite imbalance, etc. which contribute to jaw pain.
