How are you doing?

i've 'messed up' the directions with no adverse effects.... i did my last flush at 5am because i was feeling nauseous all night from the Epsom Salts . it was a nice flush, got loads of stuff out. i've done just about everything you can to do the flush recipe to mess it up - it made no difference in outcome.... sometimes i had no stones when i followed directions perfectly, sometimes lots of stuff when i totally ignored the directions...
