Wow, I never heard of anyone with adrenal fatigue having a hard time with salt.

I load up on the stuff all day. I drink water with lots of salt in it. Put it all over my food...can't get enough.

I'm really confused why you have trouble with salt. What happens...does it stimulate you? Do you get anxiety?
