I found out I had a very severe case of AF 17 years ago, and started recovering a short time later. After my adrenals started improving I started detoxing, and this caused my adrenals to crash many times. My adrenals started improving a lot about three years ago, and I was able to phase out my adrenal supplements.

I crashed a few days ago, and I'm not sure how much of that is because of my adrenals. I'm still detoxing rapidly at times, and recovering from a variety of other health issues. I'm feeling very discouraged right now, and I'm wondering if my adrenals will be okay in a few days.
