Oral DMPS has been the biggest winner for me. I felt results in just weeks and I'm still getting better.

The key is that DMPS has the highest affinity for inorganic mercury which is what we are all poisoned with.

DMSA has a high affinity for elemental mercury, but that's not our problem. Plus, it lowers neutrophils which causes a yeast nightmare.

I spent years doing DMSA/ALA and using different natural chelators as well but I just felt worse and got yeast flare ups.

I now use DMPS and EDTA and am doing way better. I really recommend everyone talk to their doctor about using DMPS. It's pricy, but a lot cheaper than years of trying other stuff that doesn't work.
