I know you mentioned in your post that you've had your thyroid test done and it came back normal. But I've learned via Dr. Starr that these test can be wrong! So wanted to post a video that might be of interest to you.

Have you ever considered EFT?

Do you have hypoglycemia? Do you eat frequently!

I've learned through research that anxiety & depression can be the result of hypoglycemia. Here is another video that might offer some hope. There are others on this topic on his channel also.



And don't give up on your diet and supplements...it may take a while before they work...in addition it might take much higher amounts than you are taking! Just a thought or two!
