There are two ways to kill the infection;

1) Add several drops of oregano oil to whatever oil you pull with a couple times a day;

2) swish liquid Bentonite clay in your mouth.

As for the loose teeth, I find that any oil pulling helps. But for some reason coconut oil REALLY seems to tighten them up fast. YRMV
