Thank you but I am not sensitive to MSG anymore. I am actually in very good health now, except for some eye issues which are resolving I hope, and which I have had all my life.

I was in a severe bike accident six months ago and broke my arm, which was repaired in record time according to the hospital (they took away the cast at 5 weeks). Never seen an adult arm heal so fast said the surgeon.
Osteoporosis nil at 60 years of age from the tests they did at that time.

Knowing what I know, I wouldn't ingest MSG or hydrpgenated oils for all the tea in China.

And vit K and D do not seem to have had a bad effect on my bones.
If there are pathogens around, for the moment they are keeping very quiet.
