I have done Schulze's five day cleanse six months or so ago, but want to continue working on cleansing my liver.

I have done his "mini flush" two days in a row in the morning. Consisting of 8 oz of oj (i used a little lemon juice also) and 8 oz of water, 1-5 tbsp of OO and a slice of ginger, a few cloves of garlic.

I didn't notice anything. Do you think the flush is actually doing anything, considering I am not fasting or using ES?

Somewhere Schulze has said not to underestimate this miniflush and that one man did it every day for 2 years.

I kind of like this low and slow approach but am not sure it is doing anything?
