I assume you are talking about taking the liquid SOPC extract. The dose amount should be the same as the oral amount, and since your Wandenstrom's Macroglobulinemia is "laying low", the amount you would take would be fairly low. I suggest the minimum therapeutic amount suggested in the literature accompanying the product. If you can tolerate any amount at all orally you can swallow that much and then just leave the rest under the tongue for several minutes and spit it out. Now, if you still have problems with tolerating it, you can also go the rectal delivery route with a rectal syringe. You get great absorption with rectal administration and it bypasses the digestive system even more so than sublinqually.
