I just had my first attach,"ouch" on my big toe.
I am confused by acids.
This attach came because I drank some apple cider and am now afraid to drink vinegar?
I am aware some acids are good some bad,but I am confused.
I was under the impression,apple cider was good,is white vinegar bad and is malt vinegar good.
I had such pain,I quitting cider and if necessary vinegar too
