Hi, thanks for all your replies, hugely appreciated. I'm just going to see how I feel for a few days without fruit. I have just been following a very strict anti-candida diet, basically all vegetables (except potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and sweetcorn)and organic eggs. Taking 1tsp of black seed oil twice a days and when I remember, formula SF722.
