Normally I am like you described, a good listener and postive. I get opinionated, short fused, and very irritated with others when things get off in my body, like with my parasite infection or if constipated. When a person is not eliminating toxins, they just sit in your system and blood, and I beleive they effect behavior as well as health.

When I feel cleansed, I am a very pleasant person, and the difference in my personality is obvious.
