I do often order from Goodness direct, they are an excellent supplier. They must've added more stuff since I last looked, so will re-visit their product line.

I've just ordered LL's Magnetic Clay Baths Smoker's Drug Cadmium Detox from this seller: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Alive-and-Aware-Natural-Health There's supposed to be enough for many baths - but I've heard it's just as effective to do foot baths with this stuff, so I will save my drains and do the foot baths. I feel ready to give up smoking but want some detox support to make sure all the chemicals I'm addicted to can be removed as quickly as possible. There may be some magnetic clay packs that also interest you, he sells a lot of different types. Andreas highly recommends these particular packs, especially for mercury detoxification.

The kids were begging me for an Easter egg this morning - so they had a 2 hour *lesson* from me on acid/alkaline balance for their nagging!! (and a handful of Goji berries) It's funny, because when I tell them *the truth*, they always look irritated with lots of raised eyebrows .. and even more "yeah but, no buts" (think Vicky Pollard from Little Britain).. you would think they weren't even listening. But I have had so many reports from parents of their friends, telling me my kids are always giving them nutrition tips and health advice etc. .. so I know my lectures don't always go wasted.

I've been looking through some of my raw food books again - and there's so much I want to try now I have the Vita-mix. I don't have a dehydrator as yet, but there's so much more that can be done with those .. need to save for that as I've only recently bought the Vita-mix.
