Yes, I was thinking of doing internal cleansing too...been trying to psyche myself into doing it for a while but never got around to it. I guess I'm kind of scared to do a liver flush. I mean, what is the risk of having the stones getting stuck or getting into a lot of pain while flushing?

Some people might even think that i have a good comlexion because the rest of my face is totally clear and my chin actually looks normal, even from up close. But when i pull down the skin on my chin, i could see that ugly white patch, clogged pores and embedded pimples.

I actually had a bad case of acne when i was 16. I've never had acne before, and suddenly when i turned 16, the pimples just mushroomed literally overnight. I went from clear to pizza face in less than a week! I counted and there were like 400+ pimples on my entire face. My dad took me to a dermatologist and he put me on Retin A and antibiotics. I was on it for like, 4-5 months and eventually cleared up, but not without side effects.My skin is really sun sensitive now...1 minute under the sun and I'll turn red.

I think I'll do a bowel and Liver Flush beside taking a holistic approach to tackle this. Hopefully, it'll work for the better.
