Shelley,
How do you cleanse the liver of stones without actually doing the OO/GF flush? Will the stones come out with the herbs? Since I don't have a gallbladder either I wonder if I should follow your liver notes and cleansing salads instead of flushing. I did 3 flushes so far and have gotten out stones. 4th flush is tomorrow night.
Another question. If I eat 1 egg a day would you still recommend lecithin? Eggs have lecithin in them?
