A few months ago I tried for a month to cleanse, but gave up as I was not showing any results and was constantly constipated. This week I'm starting in again but using 3T psyllium instead of 1T. Will this take away from the usefulness of the bentonite? It seems to help with the constipation. So far I'm just taking it 1x a day. Thanks for your help.
