Well, I'm startng the Ultimte Clenase. Gonna do it for two weeks. I'm in need of a cleansing sooooooooo bad. I've been eating horrible. I went back home to visit the folks last week, and they told me I gained weight!

After the cleanse, I'm going on the Fat Flush Plan for further fat loss along with a Liver Flush before and a parasite cleanse.

Last time I quit because I got sick, but I'm going to try to stick with it if I get sick again. If I get sick again maybe it's a sign that it the cleasning toxins and not some virus.

I really want to do it and finish this race, because I've been feeling terrible about my body, and i just want to make a turnaround and get healthy!

I'll be reporting everyday. Until tomorrow...
