I've got an appointment with the naturapath in an hour so I'm going to type this quick. I think the bastard may be a roundworm (ascaris) since it is very mobile and moves quickly. I think it is around 5cm long because when I sit still I can feel the way it moves around exploring. It didn't stay in the nasal cavaties for long. I think it saw no opportunity for food and kept moving, eventually I managed to swallow it back it. (It doesn't want to be expelled.) I don't think it is a very long worm because when it moves up to the nasal cavety there is nothing to swallow. So I don't think it's tail is still lodged in the esophacus when it moves up.

I think it is simply looking for food. I did a Bowel Cleanse two days ago and my intestines are empty. I also haven't been feeling well the last 3 days and consequently haven't ate much. I think there are many, maby a nest, because when I ate the pumpkin seeds 3 days ago I felt the one in the throat and a whirling, moving around sensation in the area of the large intestine, right above the naval.

You guys won't believe what is happening to me right now. I am sitting here typing to you while crying. I think the bastard as gone straight into my right lung. It is painful when I breathe and there is a sensitive bump around the area where my liver or lung (not sure?)is supposed to be. I feel absulutely horrified and violated. I feel like I'm going to loose my mind!!!
