he must see his doctor first before any Manual Therapy is applied!
Our body remembers pain and it becomes more and more difficult to cure it therefore he should use conventional medical approaches like an injection or painkiller medication first soon to be able to move again.
as soon as he can move better let him do the exercises but confirm this first with the doctor!
