I'm just starting Day 3 and was starting to doubt if I can get through 10 days. This will sound crazy (and maybe a little gross) but I got renewed motivation when I downed the SWF and...MORE BUTT PEE!!! I reminded myself that this is what it's all about - cleaning out the body and the butt pee is my "reward" for forging ahead. Sorry if I grossed anyone out so early in the morning!! Feeling really good!
