I have done enemas, taken colon cleansing products and was taking extra fiber 3 times a day. While it did make me poop alot, the smell never left. I don't buy that liver flushing stuff though. I've never read anything that proves that those are stones coming out and not just a product of that concoction that you are drinking (oil, juice etc..)
