Body cleansing cleans the rubbish from our minds as well as our bodies. There are many ways to cleanse our bodies. Those of us who have done liver flushing for whatever reason tell of an emotional high, a sense of relief and a new feeling of power over our future. I hope through your experience with body cleansing you too can experience this happiness. There are many wonderful people who offer their help free of charge on this site. We are able to seek out heaps of knowledge and then judge for ourselves how to use this to change our lives. We will not all be successful first time round but by sharing our failures and successes we move forward to a better future and better health.
