Splenda is not what Atkins is about. Neither is Atkins Nutriceuticals, and all the snack bars and Atkins stamped processed breads and other junk is not what a low carb diet is about. These are all part of the corporate take over of Atkins Inc.!
Atkin, just before he died was promoting Stevia and only mentioned splenda after this takeover! Atkins is as much about whole foods as it is about protein and fats !
Refer to Atkins older books and dont be fooled by the modern corporate version!
