It is now the the next day. The day after the flush.

The yesterday went by without any real side effects of the process.

I have been to the loo about 10 times, and each time it is liquid. 100% diarrhoea. Each time there have been these small tan coloured lumps in it, but the quantity of them has dimished each time I went.

My tummy is still gurgling. But this does not cause an real problem.

At dinner time I ate a normal meal and today I had a normal breakfast. Today I still have diarrhoea.

Overall I am a little dissapointed by the process. I am left with a few questions. (That I may start a new thread with).

What are these tan colored lumps coming out of me?

Why did I not get the 'thousands' of stones that the process claims to achieve?

Could it be that I need to take more of the oil and stuff because I am a big person? I am 6'2" (188cm) and weight about 104kg (230 pounds). Also fit and athletic. Wouldn't I need more than someone who is say 70kg or even less?

On a positive note. That pain in my side is bearly there today. It may even be gone. I'm not sure if this is because of the flush, or the good food I have been eating or maybe a bit of both.
